Windy conditions and unexpected zone defense awaited the Bx JV team in their final matchup of the season, against Westside JV. Despite the on-the-job learning for our JV players in this situation, Westside retained the upper hand and bested us 9-2.

The BIU Bx Varsity squad suffered an agonizing loss against Lakeside at home on Tuesday afternoon. The Bx V squad suffered their first league loss of the Fall season, losing the home matchup against Mercer 9-10 in a tight game that went to time cap. Meanwhile, JV won easily against Mercer, 13-4.
The Bx JV squad traveled to Lakeside on Friday for a makeup of the previously rained out matchup. On the Lakeside quad, Bainbridge went point for point in the first half, until Lakeside finally broke it open and went ahead for good, eventually topping our JV team 13-8.
This past Wednesday, the Bx Varsity squad traveled to Tukwila to take on the Aviation HS team (Turbulence). Improving upon the previous weekend’s 13-3 victory, the Bx-V team won in a 13-0 shutout, taking care of business in quick fashion.
